In recent days, FCTACC (Federation of China Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce) signed a contract with BSR (Business Social Responsibility), a well-known international social organization focusing on social responsibility. According to this contract, FCTACC will give training in main Economic & Technological Development Zones in Shandong and Hubei province, to guard against conflict between employers and employees.
The aim of the cooperation lies on eliminating contradiction that potentially exists between enterprises and clients, ensuring the harmonious condition under the economic crisis background which has only a little sign of recovery. BSR will send experts to give training, and Federation will do the organizing work.
Due to this cooperation’s objective, it is not only beneficial to enterprises which be trained, but comes in line with Federation’s great purpose, also be beneficial to BSR’s marketing in China. So, it can be say it is a valuable cooperation for Both BSR and us.
