The Principal Requirements of Trade Associations in Law Making

With the proceeding of early stage investigation before the legislation of “trade associations law” in China, we collect many requirements that trade associations in China are facing now. The frequently mentioned requirements are as bellow:

a. Give law status
b. Concrete functions
c. Let government intervention be out of trade associations
d. Cut off the income tax
e. Government should “buy” service from trade associations, it must be paid, not free
