About the lawmaking, there are two main steps, both launched by legislative affairs office and organized by us. One is a survey of trade associations around China. We have designed a questionaire(enclosed) that is fittable for trade associations, the questions in it focus on the problems that they may frquently face and urgently want to slove, includes questions on associations-governence, associations-government relationship, functions, and the Chinese style dual regulation system. Until now, we have got 600+ replies, our aim is 1500+relyies. The other one is a group of studys, which contains 6 topics and conduct by several trade associations and experts. The topics are: 1. basic characters and functions of trade associations; 2. dual regulation system; 3. association governance; 4. relationship between trade associations and government; 5. matters on tax pay, welfare of employee and status of foreign associations which have business in China; 6. Summary of law and academic materials.
